Processing Time

Ready-to-Wear Jewelry: Orders ship within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Personalized or Customized Jewelry: Please allow 7–10 business days for production before shipping. This includes engraved pieces and special orders.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 3 PM EST (Mon–Fri), or on weekends/holidays, are considered as placed on the next business day and will ship within the standard 2–3 business day processing window.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Delivery times are carrier estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Expedited shipping does not shorten the production time for personalized or custom orders. Once your item is ready, it will then ship with the expedited method you selected.
Some expedited services cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
