Returns and Exchanges:
Items that are returnable can be returned within 14 days after delivery of your order. After 14 days upon delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We charge 10% restocking fee for returnable items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or unworn and in the same new original condition that you received it with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customized items or Custom-Made Personalized items
Items that are marked ALL SALES ARE FINAL in the description.
To process your RETURN or EXCHANGE, we require the order number or the receipt and please email request for a RETURN or EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
How to request Return or Exchange Authorization:

2. Reason for the return or exchange
Once approved, we will email you the Return or Exchange Authorization and the additional instructions for the process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Items that are marked ALL SALES ARE FINAL are not returnable.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit in the form of in-store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit code will be emailed to you and you can use this in-store credit code in your future purchase. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver as long as it is within our Return Policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Every piece of jewelry has been carefully inspected to be free of defects.
Please carefully inspect your jewelry or item upon receipt (within 7 days) to be free of defects and in the event if you find the item or jewelry to be defective within 7 days of receipt, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve this issue with you.
Note: Please follow proper jewelry care. Normal wear and tear or damage due to negligence is not covered in our craftsmanship policy.
